Effective date: August 25, 2026
Eastmoor Digital (“Eastmoor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates eastmoordigital.com and the Eastmoor Contractor Sales Engine, including its connection to QuickBooks Online. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information.
Information we collect
We may collect business contact information, website and form submissions, communications, service and contract details, invoice and payment-status information, and technical information such as IP address, browser type, device data, cookies, and access logs.
When our QuickBooks Online connection is used, we may access customer, invoice, payment-link, transaction-status, and related accounting metadata needed to create and administer Eastmoor invoices, contracts, and payment workflows. We do not request or use QuickBooks data beyond what is reasonably necessary for those business purposes.
How we use information
We use information to provide and improve our services; prepare websites, proposals, contracts, invoices, and payment links; communicate about services and support; maintain security and prevent abuse; comply with law; and keep appropriate business and accounting records.
QuickBooks data
QuickBooks data is used only to operate Eastmoor’s billing and customer-administration workflows. We do not sell QuickBooks data, use it for unrelated advertising, or disclose it except to authorized service providers, professional advisers, or authorities when legally required. Access credentials and OAuth tokens are restricted and protected using encryption and access controls.
Service providers and disclosures
We may use service providers for hosting, content management, accounting, payments, electronic signatures, email, messaging, analytics, security, and technical operations. These providers may process information only as needed to perform services for us and are subject to their own contractual and legal obligations. We may also disclose information to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, or complete a business reorganization.
Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including contractual, tax, accounting, security, dispute-resolution, and legal obligations. Disconnecting QuickBooks stops new access. Data already included in required business or accounting records may be retained for the applicable recordkeeping period.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No system or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping obligations. You may also opt out of marketing communications using the unsubscribe method provided in the message. To disconnect the QuickBooks integration, use the published disconnect route or contact us.
Children
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The effective date above will identify the current version.
